PEG200DA: H315/H317/H318, DANGER signal word. Confirm against current approved label version
Include SDS inside the package
Full DG shipments: also attach SDS to the outside in a document pouch

Prepare commercial invoice
Include: product name, CAS number, HS code, value in CAD, country of origin (Canada), Incoterms (DAP)
Complete Shipper's Declaration for Dangerous Goods (full DG only)
Typed or computer-generated only. Red hatchings on sides required. Must be signed by IATA-certified staff member
Carrier & dispatch
Create shipment label and schedule pickup
FedEx and Purolator DG shipments require scheduled pickup — not accepted at retail drop-off locations
Affix Class 9 label to outer packaging (full DG only)
Minimum 100mm × 100mm. Include UN number (UN3082) and proper shipping name on outer box
Post-dispatch
Log tracking number in order record
Note carrier, service level, ship date, and estimated delivery window
Send tracking confirmation to customer
Include tracking link and expected delivery window. Follow up if no delivery confirmation received within window
